Sound Therapy
Sound therapy uses sound frequencies to balance the body physically, mentally and emotionally. This has resulted in increased well being, calmness, significant improvement in circulation, and increased vitality for many people.Resonance When we have two tuning forks or stringed instruments such as guitars that are tuned precisely the same, the vibration from one will cause the other to begin to vibrate and produce the same sound. This is as a result of resonance, since all matter is organized by frequencies and waveforms. The principle of resonance contributes to physical, mental and emotional transformation. This applies both positively and negatively. When surrounded by happy people we pick up on those vibrations and vice versa. The correct frequency will harmonize the body, based on the body’s energy blueprint. Each cell is involved here. When a specific part of the body system is out of wack, we can refocus the energy and attention, and bring the body back to balance. There is a correlation between the atomic weight of elements and the specific frequency. Sound Frequencies Sound frequencies harmonize and balance our entire system. This also has to do with the specific frequencies of hormones, amino acids, vitamins and minerals. Sound itself can be used to heal by correlating the harmonic frequencies that produce health in various parts of the body. Each cell has an ideal resonance and can become recharged to its normal energy state. Cellular resonance is the foundation of sound and vibrational technology. Sound therapy can be used to address bad behavior in children as well by changing behavior through balancing the body. When the body is in balance emotionally, mentally, and physically a person is able to focus, and perform at a higher level. There are many sources of therapeutic and transformational modalities using sound and music. From resonance therapy to biosonic repatterning, you will find a wealth of information and resources to access this valuable technology.
