Poetic Intuitions

Poetic intuitions are a source of inner knowledge that can be accessed by writing out answers to questions. We are all intuitive with varying degrees of being able to access this knowledge. While some people are born gifted with a high degree of ability to access their intuitive side, most have to dedicate themselves to developing this ability which is buried within.

Many people have difficulty trusting themselves enough to make progress, while others either don’t believe it’s possible or are not willing to put aside the time to develop this skill. Whatever the reason, the use of poetry in response to a question opens up the floodgates to inner knowledge by bypassing the logical reasoning mind that tends to get in our way.

There are many brain games that improve concentration, problem solving skills, attention to detail, as well as faster name recall. Brains become smarter, faster and more flexible. Even collaborative learning, where two or more folks capitalize on each other’s resources and skills, has contributed greatly to improved performance and abilities.

But when we want to go beyond this to accessing creative ideas and thoughts, it is necessary to tap areas beyond our conscious reasoning mind. Here are a few simple steps to get this done.

The Process

1)State your question in the present tense in as much detail as possible. The question can be general or specific.

2)Begin to write any ideas that come to your mind in a free flowing fashion.

3)Your words can either rhyme or not. We are each different in this regard.

4)Once you have some lines of poetry written, you will know by the intuitive feeling you have at that moment, if your answer has been supplied. If not, go on to Step 5, which is asking another related question that will lead you further done the road.

5)Repeat the process. Sometimes it requires several questions to get to the core of the issue and receive the answer you desire. The important thing is to stay with the process, and allow your intuition to lead.

Obviously the more you do this process, the better you will get as your intuition continues to develop. Eventually you will have a valuable tool to access needed knowledge about any subject or area of your life.

Poetic intuitions will begin to flow more and more freely even without consciously sitting down to write. Ideas will just pop into your head when you least expect them. You will then be on automatic pilot with a high level of trust and confidence in your messages.

Writing prose works just as well for some, but I discovered through the years that writing poetry has an added dimension of using our inner senses in a way that allows the release of intuitive insights.

Scientific Validation

There is much scientific confirmation of the whole area of intuition as evidenced by Dean Radin’s work at the University of Nevada. He was able to demonstrate pre-event alertness, where people would respond to an emotional image before the image appeared. Their bodies picked up on the events before they happened, while their rational minds remained unaware.

This also gives us a clue as to how animals react to natural disasters, and warn us before they happen. An example is the Asian tsunami a few years back, where the animals headed for higher ground before the storm hit.

This suggests a natural sixth sense which we all have that is independent of time and space. We are linked to an underlying, interconnected field of consciousness that continually sends us messages.

Again, this is a tool for you to use in order to develop your intuitive ability without a lot of struggle. Have fun with the process, and monitor your progress.
