Enthusiasm As A Spark To Creativity

Enthusiasm is the key that unlocks the mystery to many creative outlets. As a parent coach, I find it imperative to instill in both parents and children the importance of tapping into this energy. Once tapped into, a person becomes a magnet for attracting all that will support one’s vision and goals.

Where To Start

When working with kids and families I hear a lot more about what not to be enthusiastic about than about all the exciting things that are going on. But being enthusiastic is about finding out and observing what you are currently doing that you enjoy. This is the first step to realizing any lifetime visions and goals.

When you have a goal attached to what you truly enjoy, you tap into a higher frequency or energy stream. Any activity fueled by enthusiasm will have an intensity that energizes the journey. You may even appear to be stressed out to others, but you know that you are right on target, and enjoying the process.

Not About Struggle

You know you are on the right track when you are more into what you are doing than arriving at your destination. There’s no having to work hard to get there. The enjoyment and fulfillment is in the moment of doing. As a result you are much more effective at what you do, and tend to achieve your vision and goals as a byproduct.

In Tune With Your Heart’s Desire

Being enthusiastic puts you at a higher energy level and frequency that creates an avalanche of creativity, and you just go along for the ride. You are lined up to do great things. Even Ralph Waldo Emerson said that “Nothing great has ever been achieved without enthusiasm”. When obstacles and roadblocks come up, you are able to either avoid them or transform the opposing energy into cooperation.

You are in tune with your heart’s desire because you embrace the present moment where all the energy exists. From this point of power you generate ideas, solutions, innovations, and many other creative outlets. Although you can’t live in enthusiasm all the time, you will be able to tap into the next avalanche of creative power when the time is right.

Modeling an enthusiastic attitude and lifestyle is at the core of parenting education. Teaching and supporting our kids to develop visions and goals based on their true interests and abilities is so vital to their long term happiness, health, and success. They learn not to force success through a stressful lifestyle, but to get aligned with who they really are, so that they can achieve both their inner and outer purposes, and make concrete contributions which are so vitally needed in the world today.
